Responsible for growing revenue streams, delivery and achievement of assigned revenue targets in all segments. Responsible for both individual and team revenue targets as assigned.  

• A minimum of 5-8 years sales experience in a relevant hospitality & service industry.
• Proven track record in the delivery of sales revenue targets and has a commitment to achieving targets.
• Ability to perform, achieve and exceed sales revenue targets with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with BCCK’s clients.
• Previous experience managing Corporate and Government accounts would be preferred.
• Ability to develop new business accounts and maintain good rapport with existing clientele.
• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills on an interpersonal level.
• Able to head and manage projects, and to think creatively, develop innovative ideas and solutions, while maintaining a systematic and logical approach to achieving outcomes.
• Manage budgets for assigned projects, identify opportunities to add value to current and future portfolios, and to capitalize on both internal and external revenue opportunities.
• IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet and Power-point. Well-developed English language skills (reading/writing/oral)
• Experience in stakeholder management would be an advantage.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Graphic Design or other equivalent academic qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the related field is preferable.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Graphics Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop is preferable.
• Exposure to various forms of mass media is a plus.
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills in English and Malay. Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Creative, versatile, meticulous and have an eye for details.
• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
• Strong initiative and good team spirit.

• Possess with Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in facilities management / maintenance or similar capacity.
• Possess a Certificate Facility Management or CIDB certification.
• Capable to comprehend system associated to electrical, mechanical and civil services and repairing of building equipment and building management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize workload of the team and contractors, resolve conflict, provide direction, resourceful with strong technical abilities.
