Welcoming the Year of the Horse with BCCK’s 8-Course Chinese New Year Reunion Menu

The reunion dinner will be served on 16 February 2026 (Monday), from 6pm to 10pm, offering a festive spread that blends familiar Chinese New Year favourites with comforting flavours that suit local palates.

Highlights include Prosperity Yee Sang with Salmon Gravlax, Eight Treasures Crab Meat with Fish Lip & Dried Scallop, Roasted Duck with Orange Sauce, Teochew-Style Steamed Seabass, and a Sarawak touch with BCCK’s Fried Kolo Mee with BBQ Chicken, Fried Garlic & Pickled Chillies. Dessert features Peach Raisin & Snow Fungus with Matcha Jelly.

Mr. Rayner Simon, Chief Operating Officer of BCCK, said: “Chinese New Year is about reunion. We want guests to feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of, whether it’s a family gathering or a company dinner. This menu is our way of bringing people together over a good meal to start the year on a positive note.”

Chef Tawfeeq Seow, Executive Chef of BCCK, added: “This set menu is designed for sharing, with classic festive dishes and a few familiar touches. The focus is simple, good flavours, good portions, and a meal that feels meaningful for the occasion.”
