MOTHER’S DAY SPECIALS AT THE RAINTREE RESTAURANT

KUCHING, (3rd May 2023) - Mother's Day is a special occasion that is celebrated throughout the world. It is the one day where we show our appreciation and love for the woman who gave us life, and more. With that in mind, let’s take this opportunity to spoil and appreciate all mothers on this special day with something special from the Raintree Restaurant, we have specially prepared a meal to honor all mothers.
Our talented Chef Eric Lim and team have come up with a whole buffet spread for the whole family to enjoy. This delicious spread will include the finest and freshest ingredients, from delectable appetizers to mouth-watering main courses, and of course, decadent desserts. The buffet dinner line provides a unique opportunity for mothers and everyone to choose from a wide selection of dishes and indulge in their favorite flavours.
Bring an appetite and tuck into an unlimited supply of our specials with entrees such as Pomodoro Mozzarella Salad with Cilantro Pesto and Terung Asam Sambal Anchovies Corn Chips Canape, among others, for you to choose from. The sprawling buffet continues with a generous array of Chef’s specials – ranging from Fried Pepperoni Rice with Salted Radish and Yam, Asam Pedas Braised Beef from our Main Courses, followed by Creamy Seafood Chowder Soup with Assorted Bread Rolls. Diners also get to savour our homemade Laksa Johor and Pan Fried Gyoza if you fancy Asian cuisine. Additionally, diners can get a taste of our Mexican Tacos with a variety of fillings; consisting of Mississippi Beef, Mexican Rub Chicken, Pineapple Salsa, Red Cabbage Slaw and Pickled Onion. Not forgetting, The Raintree Restaurant’s all-time favourite pizza with two choices of toppings, Margherita and Hakka Chicken. Our Carving Station will also be available for our diners, serving Roasted Lamb Tandoori as our highlight during the buffet. Diners will also be spoilt for choice with The Raintree Restaurant’s specially curated dessert such as Deluxe Mixed Fruit Platter, Lemon Pudding Pound Cake, Classic Crème Brulee and more mouth-watering desserts to try on, making it a perfect way to end the celebration.
Place your bookings online at www.bcck.org.my (online booking available from 5th May 2023) with a price of RM88 nett per adult and RM48 nett per child ages 5-12 years old. If you opt for walk-in, the buffet is priced at RM98 nett per adult and RM48 nett per child ages 5-12 years old. To sweeten the celebration, all mothers will be given a special gift specially prepared by us here at The Raintree Restaurant.
This year we have come up with two days of buffet spread to help you plan your Mother’s Day celebration; the buffet dinner that will be on the 13th May 2023, from 6.30pm to 10pm, whereas the buffet brunch will be available on the 14th May 2023, from 11.30am to 2.30pm.
