Throughout his career, Chef Eric has expanded his expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine and Japanese Wagyu beef in Singapore.

“My next target for The Raintree Restaurant is, that it will not only serve Western food but we will bring out multi-racial food such as Asian, a twist from Japanese cuisine and probably middle Eastern. And not to forget our local Sarawak ingredients such as Lada Sarawak, Terung Asam, Cangkuk Manis, etc to incorporate into modern cuisine” said Chef Eric.

“We are very honoured to welcome each one of them to our team at BCCK. BCCK always emphasizes operations and food to provide the best experience for our guests. We believe that their experience and expertise will bring BCCK to greater heights!” added Eric Van Piggelen, CEO of BCCK.
