GOURMEAL STORE IS NOW OPEN!

The Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) launched a physical store for its Gourmeal brand, which has been selling pastries and frozen meals to clients since early May this year.
The launch was officiated by the Executive Director of BCCK, Tan Sri Datuk Amar Wilson Baya Dandot, Director of Ivory Success Sdn Bhd (ISSB) Encik Abdul Kadir, and Chief Executive Officer of BCCK, Mr Eric Van Piggelen.
The Gourmeal physical store allows customers to walk in and enjoy their freshly baked goods with a hot drink among good company, with both takeaway and dine-in options available.
Gourmeal first launched its "Gourmet Meals on the Go" with the intention of providing customers with high quality halal certified food that can be quickly cooked or reheated, prepared by top-notch culinary teams and pastry chefs, without the hefty price tag.
The store also offers customisable gift baskets, with a diverse spread of freshly baked and hand-made items such as spreadable pates and jams, pastries, breads and many more.
The Gourmeal Store offers an assortment of baked goods, namely fresh baked breads like Focaccia, Rye and Almond Challah, an assortment of flavoured Danishes, Flaky Croissants and sweet Cinnamon Buns, as well as large sized cookies and cookie sandwiches of varying flavours.
Frozen Food options are available for customers to enjoy a hot and fresh meal without the stress of preparing the ingredients from scratch, they can simply pop the food into an oven and enjoy. Among the Gourmeal frozen food options are Beef and Chicken Lasagna, an assortment of chicken and prawn Siu Mai, Dongbei Dumplings and Chicken Glutinous Rice.
Since then, Gourmeal has expanded to include Jams, Preserves, Sweet Sauces and Dry Rubs to elevate bread and home-made cooking. The jams include Apple, Orange & Raisin Jam, Orange & Anise Marmalade, Tomato-Lemon & Ginger Marmalade, Lemon Curd, Vanilla Custard and Salted Butterscotch Sauce. Dry Rubs include Cajun Rub, Chimichurri Rub, Jamaican Jerk Rub and Sichuan Spiced Dipping Salt.
All these delicious items and flavourings can be found at the Gourmeal Store, with hot and cold beverages such as Lipton Tea, Black Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, soft drinks and chilled juices to accompany.
Gourmeal baked and frozen items are also available at the BCCK Food Market Drive Thru & Dine-In, with special promotions for a limited time only.
Among the promotions, customers who purchase three or more frozen food items will receive one full-sized BCCK cookie, and customers who purchase over RM20 in pastries will received a free cup of Dilmah tea, flavour subject to availability.
At the Food Market Drive Thru & Dine-in, Gourmeal baked goods have an amazing deal after 3PM, with all breads and croissants priced at 25% off and all danishes at 15% off.

The Gourmeal Store and the BCCK Food Market Drive Thru & Dine-in are open from 7AM to 5PM every day, with special dishes on the weekends and amazingly priced food for all customers.
Aside from the standard COVID safety measures such as a mandatory full vaccination status, social distancing, contact tracing and mask wearing Gourmeal enforces strict safety and cleanliness measures at all times.
