DRIVE THRU OR DINE IN AT BCCK’S FOOD MARKET, IT’S BIGGER NOW!

The BCCK Food Market Drive Thru is now open from 7:00am to 5:00pm, and is offering Dine In options as well as an expanded menu, as announced during its launch earlier today at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

 

The launch took place at the Level 1 drop-off zone, where BCCK’s Drive Thru is located, and was inaugurated by Executive Director of BCCK Tan Sri Datuk Amar Wilson Baya Dandot, Director of BCCK Dato Steve Ng, and CEO of BCCK, Mr. Eric van Piggelen.

 

For early risers, BCCK Food Market is offering an all-day Big Breakfast meal for just RM12, which includes Chicken Sausage, Baked Beans, 2 Sunny-side-up eggs, Toast and Beef Bacon.

 

Back by popular demand, BCCK’s Kolo Mee for RM7 and Sarawak Laksa for RM8 has made a return to the BCCK Food Market. Our signature Fried Kuetiau made famous in the BCCK Ramadan will also be sold, along with Nasi Lemak with Chicken Rendang and Roasted Chicken Rice for RM8.

 

"BCCK has always been a point of nostalgia for a lot of people, which is why we are always happy to bring back our classics like our Kolo Mee, Sarawak Laksa and BCCK Signature Kuetiau, bringing back a familiar taste and happy memories,” said Eric Van Piggelen, CEO of BCCK.

 

“More than ever, we are also excited to be making new classics such as what we offer in our Gourmeal food section, be it baked goods, frozen food or homemade jams, preserves and dry rubs, bringing the exceptional taste of BCCK to our customers’ own kitchen.” he stated.

 

New to the menu are an assortment of Jams, Preserves, Sweet Sauces and Dry Rubs, handcrafted to add flavour to your home-made dishes. Among the jams and marmalades are Apple, Orange & Raisin Jam for RM9, Orange & Anise Marmalade for RM9 and Tomato, Lemon & Ginger Marmalade for RM9. Sweet Sauces include Lemon Curd, Vanilla Custard and Salted Butterscotch Sauce for RM10 each. All of these come in reusable glass jars for 200g of product.

 

The Dry Rubs bring the special spice of BCCK back to your meats and savoury meals, with Cajun Rub (120g) and Chimichurri Rub (80g) for RM17, Jamaican Jerk Rub (120g) for RM21 and Sichuan Spiced Dipping Salt (160g) for RM13.

You may Dine in and or Take out Barbeque specials every weekend with our Whole BBQ Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potato & Gravy for RM42. Order 1 hour in advance to avoid disappointment and to ensure you get it hot off the coals.

 

Also available are Tuna Sandwiches and Chicken Sandwiches for RM4, Apam Balik for RM6, Chicken Pie with Mashed Potato & Gravy for RM8 and Cottage Beef Pie for RM10.

 

Gourmeal ‘s frozen food selections are also available, with the signature Chicken Glutinous Rice with Salted Egg, Mushroom & Chestnut for RM8, Black Pepper Chicken Siu Mai for RM12, Mushroom Chicken Siu Mai for RM12, Prawn Siu Mai for RM15, Frozen Dongbei Dumplings RM10, and Frozen Rustic Homemade Lasagna for RM15 (Beef) and RM12 (Chicken).

 

Gourmeal’s freshly baked goods and frozen foods can be obtained at the Drive Thru, offering full sized loafs of Rye, Focaccia and Almond Challah bread, large Croissants and a variety of large Danishes.

 

With every three items purchased from the Gourmeal Frozen Food section, customers receive one full sized Gourmeal Cookie and for customers who purchase more than RM20 worth of Baked Goods, they will receive one cup of hot Dilmah Tea, flavour subject to availability. Nearing the end of the day after 3PM, Bread and Croissants are 25% off and Danishes are 15% off!

 

All prices are nett, and the BCCK Drive Thru Food Market accepts cash, credit card, Boost and SarawakPay as well. BCCK is encouraging customers to BYOB (Bring Your Own Bekas) to reduce the creation of packaging waste, and to help BCCK help mother earth.

 

Customers can pre-purchase their food at www.bcck.org.my and pick up their orders from the Online Drive Thru pickup spot. Orders must be made an hour in advance.
