KUCHING, 26 November 2018 - The most anticipated season of the year is fast approaching and BCCK has prepared something special to spoil you this year. If you are planning for a get-together for the year end, whether it be a sumptuous Christmas dinner with your family, a gathering with friends or a romantic date with your partner, forget about the fuss of preparing the perfect meal. The culinary team, helmed by Executive Chef Desmond is all geared up to dish out a range of fusion dishes with both local and international flavours promised to tease your taste buds and make you feel at home. You can enjoy a festive feast and spend quality time with your family and friends at BCCK’s charming Raintree Restaurant.

Our festive menu includes a scrumptious three-course and four-course set menu, available from 5th December 2018 to 1st January 2019 (except for 24th, 25th and 31st December for four-course set menu), as well as buffet dinner on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

The exquisite three-course set lunch menu priced at only RM55 nett per person, is served from 11:30am – 2:30pm while the four-course set dinner menu, priced at RM89 nett per person will be served from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.

Indulge in the turkey terrine with chestnuts and cranberry compote mixed salad leaves, oven roasted pumpkin with sesame seeds or a bowl of comforting earthy sweetness of beetroot soup with crab meat tortellini for your starters.

For the main course, the culinary team has whipped up a feast with international favourites such as rolled turkey breast served with stuffed turkey leg, grilled rump steak with sautéed wild mushrooms or a bowl of herb & oat crusted halibut fillet and homemade mushroom pappardelle tossed with baby spinach.

End your meal with a sweet treat of a fruit platter served with palm sugar ice -cream or dig into the sinfully good berry trifle with fresh cream and custard.

Diners who relish generous spreads should not miss out on the extensive array of global specialties and local favorites buffet spread. The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffet is priced at RM99 nett per adult and RM50.00 nett per child and the New Year Eve dinner buffet is priced at RM120 net per adult and RM50 net per child.

An extensive array of global specialties and traditional seasonal favourites awaits you for the December dinner buffet spread, which includes steamed prawns with lime mayonnaise, smoked salmon with red onion, seared sirloin of beef carpaccio with hummus, whole Australian roasted lamb with mint sauce, slow roasted turkey, lamb rendang, and more. From our cold kitchen, you will be whetted with roast butternut, wild greens and blue cheese salads with a pomegranate vinaigrette, caprese salad with basil pesto dressing and toasted pine nuts or you can even create your own salad customized to your tastes.

Don’t miss the live action barbeque stall with a wide selection of succulent cuts or grilled to order lamb chops, sirloin steak and chicken chops. If you are a fan for pasta, get your own personalised pasta dish from our chef at the live pasta station which only available on New Year Eve buffet. Sweet Christmas indulgences include hazelnut chocolate brownies, mini crème brulee, pastry chef’s homemade chocolate pralines and more toothsome desserts waiting for you to indulge in.
