Kuching: As the world celebrates love, BCCK’s Executive Chef Desmond and his culinary team celebrates an indulgent romantic Isthmus Valentines western set menu for an unforgettable romantic night out on the 14th February. The Valentine’s Day celebration menu, comes with a candlelit dinner for a special table set for two, prepared just for you on this unforgettable night. Want to be different? We can cater for additional guests to celebrate this evening of love in BCCK with delectable delicacies.

Priced at only RM288 nett per couple and RM150 nett for an additional pax, you will be served with a special 6-course Valentines menu, prepared with the finest ingredients available, to evoke your senses. The Valentine’s Day treat will be served from 6:30pm onwards at The Raintree Restaurant with diners receiving a complimentary glass of mocktails, a stalk of rose for the ladies and a box of chocolate pralines.

Dinner will start off with the Chef’s Amuse Bouche and a refreshing appetizer comprising Poached Prawn with coconut mousse and green papaya salad.
The specially prepared main courses, will consist of these options: Salmon Fillet with delicious homemade crab tortellini in local flavored lemongrass, ginger broth and wilted greens; tender Seared Smoked Duck Breast with sweet dark cherries, glazed beetroot, porcini and crunchy almond soil with peach sphere; slow cooked 24 hours Braised Beef with sautéed wild mushrooms, sweet & sour pickled cauliflower, pearl barley, carrot puree and natural jus.

The night is incomplete without a something sweet. We have prepared a Berry Mascarpone Mousse, served with white chocolate, texture of berries and dragon fruit tamarind sorbet, with the perfect balance of sweet, sour and delectable to end this romantic dinner.

For those still reveling in the festive mood, BCCK’s Chinese New Year banquet dinner priced at RM888 nett per table of 10 persons, is still available for bookings. Private rooms can be requested for banquet dinner, subject to availability.

All food is prepared according to strict requirements and hygiene standard according to BCCK’s ISO 22000:2005 Food Management Systems, Malaysian Standard 1480:2007 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System. Guests can be assured of the quality of culinary delights from BCCK’s halal-certified kitchens endorsed by JAIS (Department of Islamic Affairs of Sarawak).
