Salam Ramadhan.

This coming Ramadhan marks the second year for BCCK in organising the BCCK Ramadhan Buffet. Our guests for this year's Buffet can expect a quality spread ranging from kampung favourites to international delights with a generous order of BCCK specialties.

I highly encourage everyone to dine with us this Ramadhan, from 16th August to 5th September, daily. Our Ramadhan Buffet vouchers are now on sale.

We believe in serving the people of Sarawak, and this Ramadhan, our belief has been incorporated into our offerings. For just RM 58 nett for an Adult and RM 25 nett for a Child, breaking fast at BCCK does not mean breaking your bank.

An added attraction to BCCK's Ramadhan Buffet is the Raya Bazaar which showcases Raya essentials such as apparels, cosmetics, household decorative items, women's accessories and tidbits.

This month, BCCK is the official venue for five additional events. The very first of the five is "The Urban Public Transport Conference: A Platform for Change" which commences from 2nd to 6th August. The Conference aims to promote awareness on the benefits of high usage of public transport to the policy makers, governing authorities, implementing agencies, professional, practitioner, the general local public, as well as those abroad particularly coming from the Asia Pacific Region.

On the 3rd August 2010, BCCK will host "A Night of Flamenco and Ballet". Through this partnership with the International Music House, we plan to enrich and revive the performing arts scene in Kuching.

Majlis Gemilang UNIMAS will be held at BCCK on 6th August 2010 for 400 UNIMAS associates. This new partnership between BCCK and UNIMAS marks the beginning of a working relationship between us and another premier institution of higher learning.

Our partnership with The Taiwan Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Malaysia, based in Kuching, has strengthened as the Foundation confirmed their charity concert with us on 15th August, 2010 for the second year.

Charity knows no boundaries, as on August 28, 2010 we work with Event Global Management in realising a Charity Dinner to raise funds for churches.
